Fung’Isle’s Memory Mushroom Tea Blend is a beautiful blue colour due to butterfly pea flower. We also added exotic star anise & dried blueberry, which adds a pleasant flavour to the Lion’s Mane Mushrooms. You can squeeze a bit of lime or lemon in this tea & watch it change to a majestic purple. Perfect for entertaining guests, or enjoying with your family at home for an experience you will truly remember.

To use: Shake bag to evenly distribute product. Add 1 teaspoon per 8 ounces of water in a pot or kettle. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain & enjoy!
