This is our most popular product at our local farmer's market. We invented this recipe from scratch to mimic beef jerky and some of our customers say it tastes better than the beef version! We recommend this product to vegetarians or vegans but everyone can enjoy this functional snack, as it has cognitive and immune system benefits due to the mushrooms. We infuse Reishi and Lion's Mane into our King Oyster Mushroom Jerky so you can enjoy multiple health benefits while snacking. Lion's Mane Mushrooms are great for focus, cognitive health, and healing the nervous system. Reishi Mushroom is excellent for immunity and longevity.
